About Solaï

A softer kind of strength.

I trained for years inside the loud version of fitness — the metrics, the noise, the chase. What kept me, and what keeps the women I work with, is the quieter thread underneath it: moving because it returns you to yourself.

Strength isn't loud. It's the slow, considered return to your body — again and again, on the days it's easy and the days it isn't.

My practice is one-on-one, always. We work in seasons — twelve weeks at a time — with room for the life happening around the training. No challenges, no plans you'll resent by week three.

Based in Mile End. Studio sessions, mobility in the park when it's warm, programming you can carry into a hotel room when it isn't.
